Share What You Have
“He lives high on the hog and wants to be esteemed but has no respect or generosity toward anyone.” “She lives in poverty, but she gives more than anyone I know.”
Jesus challenges us to let go of self-centered behavior. We don’t have to give another our last dollar. Rather, the challenge is simply to share what we have with another in need.

Your True Colors
Your True Colors
“Don’t let his face fool you, he’s really not that nice.”
Show your true colors. If you lean toward the grey and black, get a make over. There is a vast spectrum of color in the rainbow – decide how you will influence and paint the world’s canvas.
The brighter the color, the happier the soul. Make your life a high spirited masterpiece!

Matters That Matter
Matters That Matter
“The fire burned it down to the ground. Now, where will we live?” “The house, it was a material thing. My home is where my heart is.”
Jesus had nowhere to lay his head, but he knew he had the kingdom of heaven to look forward to. Put your trust and faith in matters that matter.

Build Faith On A Rock
Build Faith On A Rock
“I tried to change for you. But it’s not enough.” “I can’t be what others want. My heart tells me what’s right, and then I act on it.”
Jesus asked his apostles, “But who do you say that I am?”
Build your life and faith on a rock so that their foundation will withstand the destructive quakes of people and less than perfect worldly pressures. Be your best!
Inspired by Matthew 16:13-19

A Light Heart
A Light Heart
“I wouldn’t trust her with my pet iguana.” “I do what I can and then I give the rest to God."
Our heavy burdens and our weariness are ours because we chose to grip them. Open your clenched fists and offer your troubles to God and see how easy and light your heart will be. We can rest assured when we turn to God.

A Gift And A Purpose
“You’ll never amount to anything. What a disappointment!” God gave my children great gifts. I will love them as they discover them through life’s ups and downs.”
Inspired by Luke 1:57-66
With even the greatest child born on earth, the world still questioned: “What then will this child become?” God has great plans for each one of us. We have the ups and downs of this day to discover our specials gifts and great purpose. God creates only the best. It’s up to us to acknowledge our gifts and then to give God praise. “Thank you Lord, I am grateful for all that you give!”
