Lovingly acknowledge others offering sight to blind attitudes, imparting healing on a broken heart, and hope to an unhappy soul. I felt the answer in my heart although He spoke no word.

We all possess a gift from God, a heart that is alive, and is being nourished by our attitudes, exercise and food. Take care of your special heart for it supports your body, the temple, insist on moving it to improve strength and body functions, and nourish your blood and veins with food that promotes optimal health. Listen to spirit filled music that is motivating, read inspirational books, and open the bible to obtain words to live by. The end result: A healthy mind and praiseworthy attitude. What a gift!
