From The Inside Out
“You don’t know him. He’s nice now, but at home . . . “Don’t judge by appearances, she fools many.” “Just because you wear a team uniform doesn’t make you a team player. You’ve got to do your part.”
It does us no good to look polished and clean on the outside, when inside we judge others, wish someone ill thoughts or proclaim to be a giver but watch when someone is in trouble and do not offer a helping hand. The more you praise, the more you love, the better person you become.
There is something good to say about everyone. Seek that and say it out loud. The more you praise, the more you love, the better person you become inside and out!
Inspired by Luke 11:37-41
While Jesus was speaking, a Pharisee invited him to dine with him; so he went in and took his place at the table. The Pharisee was amazed to see that he did not first wash before dinner. Then the Lord said to him, “Now you Pharisees clean the outside of the cup and of the dish, but inside you are full of greed and wickedness. You fools! Did not the one who made the outside make the inside also? So give for alms those things that are within; and see, everything will be clean for you.”
