“No! They can’t take that away from me!

“Stop from what you are doing and look at me!” We are often preoccupied by busyness. Our heads are buried in texting, computers, television, work and unproductive tasks and unhealthy relationships. It is easy to miss when the significant people in our lives need our attention and affection. Stop and smell the roses and share your gift of love. There is rewarding balance when you pause from chaos. Enjoy God’s gift of life’s precious moments. Pick up your head from the sand, there is a great view outside.

Tell her then to help me.” But the Lord answered her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and distracted by many things; there is need of only one thing. Mary has chosen the better part, which will not be taken away from her.
