The Wealth of Our Spirit

We can get caught up on material things and think we couldn’t do without. The Lord has made us humans in Jesus’ glorious image. Let us become intimate with all that God has created so that we may truly enjoy our beauty inside and the wealth of our spirit. Inspired by Luke 1:46-55

He is considered one of the most learned men of his time and a major influence on English literature. In 1899, was declared the only English doctor of the Church. He died in Wearmouth-Jarrow on May 25. His feast day is May 25th.

She is actively working with the aging, sick and their families to help bring healing to them emotionally, spiritually and as she will often say, “with God’s grace witness the miracle of physical healing.” Cecilia credits her faithful commitment of service, motivation and enthusiasm to “The Human Trinity – Spirituality, Exercise and Wellness (SEW),” a healthy life model she designed for herself which she believes can benefit everyone.

I said a prayer for you today and I know God must have heard,
I felt the answer in my heart although He spoke no word.

I didn’t ask for wealth or fame (I knew you wouldn’t mind),
I asked Him to send treasures of a far more lasting kind.

I asked that He’d be near you at the start of each new day,
To grant you health and blessings and friends to share your way.

I asked for happiness for you in all things great and small,
But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.

Counting Our Blessings

We have all been blessed with many talents, capable bodies and minds to accomplish great things. We all possess a gift from God, a heart that is alive, and is being nourished by our attitudes, exercise and food. Take care of your special heart for it supports your body, the temple, insist on moving it to improve strength and body functions, and nourish your blood and veins with food that promotes optimal health. Listen to spirit filled music that is motivating, read inspirational books, and open the bible to obtain words to live by. The end result: A healthy mind and praiseworthy attitude. What a gift!
