They Can’t Take That Away From Me “Can you hear yourself? You will wind up alone.” “Tell me who your friends are and I will tell you who you are.” “Get the wool out of your eyes. Don’t you know a good thing when you see it?” "You have no one to blame but yourself!" We can easily get caught up in trends of the day and in the selfishness of human desire. Trends fade and selfishness leads one to deadening isolation. Know the wonder of your God, stay in intimate relationship with His Son, and really know where your heart belongs. Our alliance to selfish behavior in an evil world can wound us in an instant, but Jesus promises his followers refuge in this life and the next. Believe and keep your heart faithful, for no one can take the hope, joy and love of Jesus away from you.
