Take grandma to get her hair and nails done.
Children - make mom and dad breakfast on the weekend (cold cereal, toast, juice, flower from the garden, fruit and a love note - parents be sure to keep the fridge stocked).
Buy a small gift for someone (e.g. flowers, chocolate, gift certificate, calendar, statute, picture, lotto ticket) and leave it with their name, while not revealing the giver.
Visit a single friend. He or she can get pretty lonely. Their smile will be worth every minute spent!
Donate your time to charitable causes (e.g. Special Olympics, Cancer Runs, Church outreaches, retirement and convalescent homes, children's hospitals)

I'm 14 years of age. These are great ideas. I do think that these a good because so many people don't do these things. And i think that when people read this they will think about what they do in everyday life. Once they read it they will reflect on their lifestyle.
