The Truth Will Set You Free

Will it be: “Face it, you’re screwed!” Or: “Don’t let the truth destroy you. There is something better waiting for you.”

God wants us to love and hope when disappointment is present, when all is status quo and when the world seems a-l-m-o-s-t perfect! Following in Jesus’ footsteps will take us through life and all the way to heaven!

Inspired by John 8:31-32.

Then Jesus said to the Jews who had believed in him, “If you continue in my word you are truly my disciples; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”

I said a prayer for you today and I know God must have heard,
I felt the answer in my heart although He spoke no word.

I didn’t ask for wealth or fame (I knew you wouldn’t mind),
I asked Him to send treasures of a far more lasting kind.

I asked that He’d be near you at the start of each new day,
To grant you health and blessings and friends to share your way.

We have all been blessed with many talents, capable bodies and minds to accomplish great things. We all possess a gift from God, a heart that is alive, and is being nourished by our attitudes, exercise and food. Take care of your special heart for it supports your body, the temple, insist on moving it to improve strength and body functions, and nourish your blood and veins with food that promotes optimal health. Listen to spirit filled music that is motivating, read inspirational books, and open the bible to obtain words to live by. The end result: A healthy mind and praiseworthy attitude. What a gift!
